広告運用 Advertising: Google広告（検索・P-MAX・ディスプレイ・デマンドジェネレーション）および Meta広告（カタログ広告・Advantage+）の設計、配信、予算管理、月次のレポーティング。 Campaign setup, delivery, budget management and monthly performance reporting for Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen) and Meta Ads (catalogue and Advantage+ campaigns).
計測・分析 Measurement & analytics: GA4 と Search Console の設計・運用、売上とCVRの推移分析、広告プラットフォームのAPIから取得した実績の集計とレポート作成。 GA4 and Search Console setup, revenue and conversion analysis, and reporting built on data retrieved from the advertising platforms' own APIs.
SEO Search: リプラットフォーム時のリダイレクト設計と復旧、指名検索の獲得。 Redirect mapping and recovery during replatforming; capturing branded search.
CRO Conversion optimisation: 商品ページからカート・決済までの離脱要因の特定と改善。 Identifying and fixing drop-off between product page, cart and checkout.
CRM Customer retention: メール配信基盤の移行と運用、クーポン設計、リピート施策。 Email platform migration and operation, coupon design, repeat-purchase programmes.
店舗連動 Retail integration: Googleビジネスプロフィールの整備、実店舗とECの送客導線の設計。 Google Business Profile maintenance and traffic flow between physical stores and the online shop.
基盤・移行 Infrastructure & migration: ドメイン・DNS・メール認証の設定、会員情報の移行、決済および在庫連携。 Domain, DNS and email authentication, customer data migration, payment and inventory integration.
開発 Development: Shopify テーマおよび WooCommerce 子テーマの実装。 Shopify theme and WooCommerce child theme development.

進め方

How I work

開発会社としてではなく、クライアントの専任担当として社内に入る形をとっています。

I work as embedded in-house staff for each client rather than as an agency, under monthly retainer contracts. I do not resell media inventory.

広告アカウント・解析アカウント・ストアはすべて原則クライアントの所有です。私は各社から個別に権限を付与されて運用します。

All advertising accounts, analytics properties and storefronts are owned by the client. Access is granted to me individually by each client and can be revoked at any time.

商品登録、カスタマーサポートの一次対応、物流業務は対応範囲外です。

Product data entry, first-line customer support and logistics are outside my scope.
